We finally got our card from the White House! What's that, you say? You want to see the card? Alright, you don't have to be so bossy-here it is in all of it's embossed Presidential Seal glory:
And just in case you guys were wondering-we got a response from Lucasfilm a couple of months ago, but it was a letter from an assistant. We didn't even get a facsimile signature best-wishes letter. JK Rowling has not replied (yet) but I'm still hoping we'll get a little something in the mail from her before the wedding.
Did anyone else get any exciting mail today?

ReplyDeleteWe actually sent an invitation to the White House Greetings Room six months before the wedding. If you wait longer, you have less of a chance of getting a reply.
